Superheater safety valve

SFIA series safety valve is applicable to supercritical and ultra-supercritical thermal power unit, which is installed at superheater header for overpressure protection to ensure the safe operation of power unit. The product passes the certification by the National Energy Administration, realizing the localization of the first domestic superheater safety valve and filling a domestic gap.

Compact structure, beautiful appearance, precision casting, and smooth surface. Split type is adopted for valve seat and valve body to facilitate assembly/disassembly and maintenance. Reasonably designed disc holder and adjusting ring make the safety valve open rapidly and reseat timely; the valve seat and valve clack are coated with hard alloy by build-up welding to achieve good wear and erosion resistance and reliable seal, and prolong the service life. Spring is prestressed at constant temperature with stable rigidity and small deviation in set-pressure.
