Forged-steel Fixed Ball Valve

Cast-steel Fixed Ball Valve

There are two design forms for cast-steel fixed valve. One type adopts two-piece structure with threaded connection in the middle part, sealed with PTFE gasket; the other type adopts three-piece structure with bolt connection in the middle part. It can adapt to different operating temperature and medium by adopting different materials for valve seat and gasket/filler... The valve is usually installed horizontally.

Cast-steel Stop Valve

Stop valve, also called globe valve, is a kind of forced seal valve, so when the valve is closed, a force must be applied to the valve clack to force the sealing face not to leak. When medium enters the valve below the valve clack, the resistance that the operating force should overcome is the friction between valve stem and filler plus the thrust produced by medium pressure, the valve closing force is greater than the valve opening force, so the valve stem should have a large diameter, or else the failure of valve stem being crooked may occur.

It´s mainly used to connect or cut off medium in pipelines, and not applicable to flow regulation of medium. Gate valve is applicable to a wide range of pressure, temperature, and diameter, and especially applicable to pipelines of medium and large diameter.
