      High-temperature and high-pressure safety valve is mainly used at power station boilers, pressure vessels, temperature and pressure reduction devices, and other equipment and pipelines as overpressure protection device.

    • Hydro Test Valve

      The valve is installed as isolating device for static water pressure test at steam pipelines at the outlet of superheater and inlet/outlet of reheater of boiler. After water pressure test, internal parts such as blind and support plate are removed, and guide sleeve is installed to enter the normal service condition. When needing to carry out water pressure test next time, the guide sleeve is removed and internal parts such as blind and support plate are installed again.

    • High Wear-resistant Scum Gate Valve

      High wear-resistant scum gate valve is applicable to water ash removal system of thermal power station, mineral separation, wastewater discharge, and petroleum transportation pipelines, serving as on-off device.

    • Steam Extraction Check Valve

      The valve is used at steam, water or other non-corrosive medium pipelines of steam extraction system or other systems of power station or thermal power station to prevent serious accidents such as breaking of turbine blade and damage of turbogenerator because steam in the steam extraction pipes and heaters flows back into turbine due to sudden pressure drop in turbine at sudden load shedding of turboset, and prevent water hammer accident because water enters into turbine via steam extraction pipeline in case of pipe leakage of heater system, so as to ensure safe operation of turbine. As a device preventing backflow of medium, the valve can closes quickly and tightly within 0.5s to ensure that, in case of super high water level in feed water heater, pneumatic device can quickly separate turbine after receiving the signal of liquid backflow, to furthest protect turbine or steam extraction system. The check valve is usually applicable to clean medium, but not suitable for medium containing solid particles or with large viscosity.

    • High-temperature High-pressure Forged Check Valve

      High-temperature high-pressure forged check valve means a kind of valve whose valve clack automatically opens/closes by the flow of medium to prevent backflow of medium, also called non-return valve, one-way valve, reflux valve, and back pressure valve. Check valve is a kind of automatic valve, which is mainly used to prevent backflow of medium, prevent inversion of pump and drive motor, and drain medium from containers.

    • Reheater Safety Valve

      SFIA series safety valve is applicable to supercritical and ultra-supercritical thermal power unit, which is installed at inlet/outlet pipeline of reheater for overpressure protection to ensure the safe operation of power unit. The product passes the certification by the National Energy Administration, realizing the localization of the first domestic reheater safety valve and filling a domestic gap.

    • Superheater Safety Valve

      SFIA series safety valve is applicable to supercritical and ultra-supercritical thermal power unit, which is installed at superheater header for overpressure protection to ensure the safe operation of power unit. The product passes the certification by the National Energy Administration, realizing the localization of the first domestic superheater safety valve and filling a domestic gap.

    • High-pressure Heater Inlet/outlet Valve Electrically Operated Valve

      Inlet valve and outlet valve (check valve) series products for high-pressure feed water heater are used at inlet and outlet of high-pressure heater of 50MW-600MW boiler, serving as protection valve of high-pressure heater. In the operation of high-pressure heater, the water level at steam side rises in case of system leakage or failure of drain valve, which may result in that high-pressure feed water flow backward to turbine. In order to prevent occurrence of accident, when the water level at steam side reaches the electric alarm level, electric contact and water level pinger contact are connected, the quick open-and-close solenoid opens, condensed water enters above the piston of inlet valve, the inlet valve clack closes to cut off feed water of inlet high-pressure heater, and meanwhile bypass is opened, feed water enters boiler via the bypass, and the high-pressure heater is disconnected so as to ensure normal operation of power unit. When the high-pressure heater is input, the inlet valve clack opens automatically under the feed water pressure in the system and the bypass is cut off, and feed water enters the boiler via high-pressure heater so as to improve the thermal efficiency of power station and ensure the safe operation of power unit.

    • No-load Running Check Valve

      No-load running check valve is installed at outlet pipeline of high-pressure feed water pump of thermal power unit to prevent backflow of feed water and protect feed water pump. The valve works with minimum flow automatic recirculation bypass valve, and when the feed water pump operates with low load or its outlet stop valve is closed, the automatic recirculation bypass valve shall be ON to ensure safe operation of water pump. When the no-load running check valve is opened, the recirculation bypass valve closes automatically. The valve is not suitable for medium containing solid particles or with large viscosity.

    • High-temperature High-pressure Cast Check Valve

      High-temperature high-pressure cast check valve means a kind of valve whose valve clack automatically opens/closes by the flow of medium to prevent backflow of medium, also called non-return valve, one-way valve, reflux valve, and back pressure valve. Check valve is a kind of automatic valve, which is mainly used to prevent backflow of medium, prevent inversion of pump and drive motor, and drain medium from containers.
