    • Constant Pressure Difference Lift Check Valve

      The Grade 1 constant pressure difference lift check valve as per ASME nuclear standard is used in passive nuclear power plant projects, which is used to prevent overpressure of RHX system due to heat expansion.

    • Remote Monitoring Low-pressure-difference Check Valve

      Remote monitoring low-pressure-difference check valve is mainly composed of low-pressure-difference check valve and position indicating system. The valve automatically opens under the action of medium and automatically closes when the back pressure is medium pressure, and can reopen when the outlet pressure reduces to a certain value, and can operate with a certain flow maintained under long-term low-pressure-difference condition. When the value opens or closes, the indicating rod installed at the rocker drives the sensor to interact with the external receiver, and the result is transmitted to the control room; no contact is needed between sensor and medium in the whole process. Remote monitoring low-pressure-difference check valve is applied at containment recirculation pipeline connected with gravity injection pipeline in the PXS system (Passive Core Cooling System) and at the outlet of IRWST (In-containment Refueling Water Tank). Under the design basis accident condition (e.g. LOCA), PXS should carry out safe injection to RCS (Reactor Coolant System) to provide sufficient reactor core cooling. When RCS pressure drops, IRWST can carry out injection via the low-pressure-difference check valve at the outlet to long provide core cooling injection for safe shutdown.

    • ACP1000 Pressurizer Safety Valve

      Pressurizer safety valve is overpressure protection device for reactor coolant system of PWR nuclear power plant; in case of abnormal conditions in the system, when the system pressure rises to the opening pressure setting value of pressurizer safety valve, the pressurizer safety valve automatically opens to discharge steam in the upper part of pressurizer to relieve system pressure, so as to protect the safety of pipelines and equipment of reactor coolant system. When the system pressure lowers to the reseating pressure of pressurizer safety valve, the pressurizer safety valve shall close automatically. The pressurizer safety valve is designed as sealed spring full lift safety valve with double adjusting ring and back pressure balancing mechanism in overall structure.

    • ACP1000 Main Steam Safety Valve

      Main steam safety valve (MSSV) is used to ensure the integrity of pressure boundary of secondary loop in case of transient overpressure at SG secondary side. Under DBC3/4 and DEC accident conditions, steam is discharged into the atmosphere via MSSV to ensure that the pressure of secondary loop is not higher than the limit value specified in pressure protection standards. Main steam safety valve is relatively large in diameter and high in pressure and temperature, and according to these characteristics and requirements, main steam safety valve is designed to be spring full lift safety valve with radiator, double adjusting ring and back pressure adjusting mechanism in overall structure.
